Tufts Part-Time Lecturers unanimously ratify contract

Congratulations to the Tufts Part-Time Lecturers unanimously ratified their Collective Bargaining Agreement!

Highlights include:

• 5-year contract ending June 30, 2027

• 4% across the board in year 1, then 3.5%, 3%, and 2.75% in the remaining years of the contract.

• A $5k a year increase to existing Professional Development Funding.

• New language: pay for pre-major advising and off-cycle evals of PT Lecturers to point out areas of concern before they become problematic.
