Equal Wage Increases for All Faculty at the CT Community Colleges

Management tried to argue for a lower increase for adjuncts than full-time faculty, but together in the union, our voices were heard!

4Cs, AFT, and the BOR finally came to a resolution on the part-time/non-tenure-track (PT/NTT) wage dispute, and it is a victory for the employees!
Our unions prevailed and the administration agreed to use the average step value of 2.75%. Part-time (faculty and staff) and non-tenure-track members will receive 5.25% each year for the first 3 years of the contract (see links below).
When we work together, we win!
